This class combines two styles of yoga into one! The first 45 minutes of class is a fast paced vinyasa flow focused on strengthening your core muscles, followed by 30 minutes of slow, deep, stretching designed to work into your muscles, your myo-fascia, and your joints.  Yoga is a work in, as much as it is a workout and this class will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened, and balanced both mentally and physically.
