Full Moon Flow 60 min (Ticketed)
Join us for our third round in the Full Moon Flow series with Steve K! Sixty minutes of outdoor flow in the Hibbard Plaza located in front of Salon Nouveau. Bring your mat, a blanket, water bottle, and whatever you need to move under the moon!
Ticket price includes a complimentary beverage from our friends at the South Bend Brew Werks and you can have your drink before, during, or after class! Kitchen closes at 10pm, so there's time for dinner or a snack too. A portion of SBBW beer sales for the month of September will be donated to the local La Casa De Amistad so be sure to stop over and grab a pint!
