The first 40 minutes of this class focus on engaging and moving from the center of the body. Rather than targeting the abdominals solely via planks and crunches, you'll emphasize the core through breath and movement--for example, in standing postures or backbending poses.

A final 20 minutes of restorative rest will leave you feeling centered and grounded.
