This class combines two styles of yoga into one! The first 60 minutes of class is a fast paced vinyasa flow focused on strengthening your core muscles, followed by 30 minutes of slow, deep, stretching designed to work into your muscles, your myofascia, and your joints.  Yoga is a "work in"-- as much as it is a workout-- and this class will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened, and balanced both mentally and physically.
