Arm balances and inversions can be a lot of fun, but it’s hard to know where to start! This introductory workshop will work through some of the tools and strength building exercises you can start working on to start progressing these more advanced poses.
There will be time in the workshop for students to try different postures and receive individual feedback from the teacher.
Poses that will be covered include Baby Grasshopper, Crow and Side Crow, and introduction to Headstands. Suitable for practitioners with some yoga experience.
