This class offers a chance to deeply relax your body and mind. It's a great place to start if you're new to yoga, recovering from an injury or stressful season, or if you just need encouragement to take a little extra care of yourself. If you're looking for rest, relaxation, and deep stretching–this is the class for you. For most of the 45 minutes you'll be lying on the floor using props like blocks and blankets. Guided meditation is included to help quiet your thoughts. No sweat, no flow; just breathing and stretching and relaxing.
