Outdoor Fire Yoga

It's our last outdoor class of the season!  This extra-special 60-minute pop-up class with Steve Krojo will incorporate FIRE! 🔥🔥🔥 There's a wood-burning fire pit where you'll be prompted to jot down and toss your grudges, your regrets, or whatever you're holding on to that needs to be let free...in flames!

Class is on the plaza outside the Hibberd building. Pro tip: bring a beach towel to put under your yoga mat and dress in layers. In addition to the wood-burning fire pit, we'll also have a few outdoor heaters, and socks or a blanket would be a good idea for savasana.

Thanks to our neighbors at South Bend Brew Werks, your registration fee now includes one drink of your choice at SBBW which you may enjoy before or after class.
