This chill class will help you relax, release, and... (what's another R word?.... oh yes!) restore. Restorative yoga is mat-based with lots of props to support your body during long, easy holds. No sweat, no flow; just breathing and stretching and relaxing. Guided meditations allow you to still your mind as well as your body.
